This Mother’s Day, Chancery Lane opens exclusively on a Sunday that honours the most cherished women in our lives.

The menu begins with an array of elegant shared entrees including a delicate Atlantic salmon gravlax served with a classic sauce gribiche, a prawn cocktail and a decadent Pacific oysters mornay, baked to perfection and topped with wilted spinach and a subtle hint of espelette pepper.

The main course of Hazeldene chicken à la normande steals the spotlight, prepared in the traditional Normandy style, complimented by a rich medley of wild mushrooms and delicate white onions served with fragrant basmati rice pilaf and a refreshing oak lettuce salad.

The finale made especially for Mum is a whipped vanilla topped with vibrant rhubarb, and meringue.
