Head Chef Jordan Clavaron doesn’t use truffle as a garnish. For two weeks this winter, join us as we unearth the truffle across a five course Chef’s Menu — a deliberate, full-kitchen commitment to the ingredient as the season draws to a close. Dark, earthy, and built with intention. Each course has been designed to let the truffle speak, not whisper.
