As winter settles in, Le Jardin lights up.

In partnership with Glenfiddich, we’ve built a winter menu available in Le Jardin to match the season — single malts served by the fire, hot toddies for the colder nights, and snacks leaning into everything that winter has to offer. Take a seat by the fire pit or tuck into the atrium and stay a while.

Walk-ins welcome.

In collaboration with The Australian Ballet and their season of Romeo and Juliet, our kitchen and bar have turned their attention to Verona and created a menu shaped by romance, contrast and intensity.
